Through the precision machining center of our parent group, Chongqing Weiyan Kerui, we machine small-diameter precision turned parts on sliding-headstock CNC automatic lathes — for medical, new-energy vehicle, humanoid robotics, AI liquid-cooling, hydraulic and appliance applications.

How this connects to our surgical instruments
The stepped horn inside the Transducer Core, the couplings and sleeves in the ultrasonic handpiece — these are small-diameter precision shafts. The machining center is the in-house capacity behind our own products, and it also takes on comparable contract machining.

- Turn-mill in a single setup: spools, eccentric shafts and multi-port connectors come off complete
- A guide bushing supports slender, small-diameter work — high length-to-diameter ratios hold their form
